A few years ago, I realized I was allowing emotions like anger and frustration to dominate my nervous system. This was fueling a pattern of behavior where I would frequently resort to yelling and had very little patience with my family. Recognizing the misalignment between my true feelings and my actions, I knew it was time for significant life changes. I was determined not to remain that type of parent or person any longer.
My journey toward positive transformation began with my exploration of yoga and meditation. These practices eventually led me to discover Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping. It was through EFT that I experienced a remarkable shift in my overall attitude and well-being. I found myself becoming more patient not only with my children and friends but, most importantly, with myself.
My passion for EFT deepened to the point where I pursued certification to assist individuals who, like me, often felt overwhelmed and stressed. Alongside this, I obtained my 200 HR Yoga Certification, which enriched my understanding of intentional movement, breath work, and meditation. I have since embraced all these tools to help regulate my emotional system.
In our sessions together, I employ a combination of techniques to aid you in processing past triggering events that may be impacting your present. My ultimate objective is to empower you on your journey toward greater peace and overall well-being.
